How to make the pizza
I love veggies, so I went ahead and loaded this pizza up with mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach, and onions. I chopped the veggies up, put them into my non-stick frying pan with 2 Tbsp of water, then just gently cooked them for about 10 minutes until they were soft. For the tomato sauce, I used this recipe:
Once you par bake the crust, spread the tomato sauce evenly, then top it with veggies and whatever cheese you want. I’m trying to keep it healthy, so I did 1 oz of crumbled goat cheese and 3 Tbsp of Parmesan. As for vegan cheese, I really like the Chao brand of shreds.
Once your toppings are all set, pop it back in the oven for 10 minutes. Cut it up, and enjoy!
