Healthy Tofu Pizza Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Firm Tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 clove garlic peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  3. In a food processor, combine the tofu, nutritional yeast, sliced garlic, fresh basil, and salt. Pulse until all the ingredients are broken down and evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a thin, even layer, shaping it into a round or rectangular crust of your preference.
  5. Bake the crust for about 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before adding your favorite pizza toppings.
