Divide the mixture into six ramekins or muffin cups, and top each one with chopped strawberries. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the souffle cups have risen and turned golden brown. So Easy!
Also, I must mention, that I tend to ONLY use these parchment paper muffin cups. I mean like, for anything muffin or cupcake-like. Trust me, they will make your life so easy when it comes to pulling these puppies out of the paper; you’ll be amazed when they just peel right off the souffle cups!

Low-Fat Strawberry Souffle Cups
Ingredients
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Instant Oats
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1½ Tbsp Swerve granular sweetener 0 calorie sweetener
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ cup fresh strawberries, chopped small
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Line a muffin tin with 6 parchment paper muffin cups. Recipe will make 6 souffles.
- Into a blender, add all of the ingredients except strawberries. Blend until oats are smooth, about 1- 2 minutes.
- Divide batter evenly into each muffin reservoir, about ¼ cup per resevoir.
- Evenly distribute the chopped strawberries into each muffin cup.
- Bake for about 18 – 20 minutes at 350°. Test for doneness with a knife or toothpick to ensure souffles are done.
- Remove from oven. Let cool about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
