Preheat the oven to 400°.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Mix all of the breading ingredients into a mixing bowl, set aside.
Cut the avocado in ½ lengthwise, twist to open, remove the pit.
Very gently, scoop out the fruit with a spoon, while trying to keep the avocado in tact.
Slice the avocado lengthwise into wedges.
One at a time, dip the avocado wedges into the breading mix, then place onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
Spray or drizzle a lit bit of olive oil over the wedges. This will help them crisp up in the oven.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Flip the avocado wedges and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
While the avocado is baking, mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Remove from the oven, enjoy.
