Wash the lemons, turmeric, and ginger thoroughly.
Keeping the peels and rinds intact, cut the lemons, turmeric, and ginger into small pieces, about the size of ½ inch.
Put the lemons (peel on), turmeric, and ginger pieces one by one through the juicer.
Mix the fresh pressed juice with the water and honey, mix well.
Store the juice in glass jars with the lids on for up to 3 weeks in the fridge. Enjoy 3 oz at a time to keep the immune system strong. Option to add a sprinkle of cinnamon or black pepper for an extra "kick",
