- Warm a frying pan to medium heat.
- Lightly coat the pan with olive oil spray.
- Add the veggie mix to the warmed pan, heat about 5 - 6 minutes, until the veggies are thawed.
- Add the whole bag of cauliflower gnocchi and chopped roma tomato (optional), mix well. Continue to heat for about 6 - 8 minutes.
- Add the marinara sauce and cook for an additional 1 -2 minutes.
- Split the contents of the pan into two pasta dishes. Enjoy!
