Gnocchi Primavera
This is the best, easy, healthy dinner that will take almost no time at all!

- olive oil spray
- 3 cups Veggie Blend Primavera Mistura or other mix
- 1 bag Cauliflower Gnocchi Trader Joe's
- ½ to 1 jar Maranera Sauce organic, no sugar added
- 1 roma tomato optional
Warm a frying pan to medium heat.
Lightly coat the pan with olive oil spray.
Add the veggie mix to the warmed pan, heat about 5 - 6 minutes, until the veggies are thawed.
Add the whole bag of cauliflower gnocchi and chopped roma tomato (optional), mix well. Continue to heat for about 6 - 8 minutes. Add the marinara sauce and cook for an additional 1 -2 minutes.
Split the contents of the pan into two pasta dishes. Enjoy!
