Gnocchi Primavera

This is the best, easy, healthy dinner that will take almost no time at all!

Equipment

  • 1 frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • olive oil spray
  • 3 cups Veggie Blend Primavera Mistura or other mix
  • 1 bag Cauliflower Gnocchi Trader Joe's
  • ½ to 1 jar Maranera Sauce organic, no sugar added
  • 1 roma tomato optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm a frying pan to medium heat.
  • Lightly coat the pan with olive oil spray.
  • Add the veggie mix to the warmed pan, heat about 5 - 6 minutes, until the veggies are thawed.
  • Add the whole bag of cauliflower gnocchi and chopped roma tomato (optional), mix well.
    Continue to heat for about 6 - 8 minutes.
  • Add the marinara sauce and cook for an additional 1 -2 minutes.
  • Split the contents of the pan into two pasta dishes. Enjoy!
