Preheat oven to 350°.
Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside.
Into a food processor, add the sweet potato, dates, coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla. Process until a smooth consistency is reached.
Pour mixture into a mixing bowl, mix the cocoa powder, almond flour, and chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture into the lined bread loaf pan to fill in one even layer.
Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 min. or until a knife cut into the center comes out clean.
Once cooled, cut into ~8 squares. Enjoy!
