Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cashews soaked for 2 hours to activate
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 4 oz diced green chilis canned

Method
 

  1. To activate cashews, soak in water for 2 - 8 hours. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
    Drain the cashews thoroughly after soaking.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the activated cashews, coconut oil, water, and diced green chilis.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with additional water if needed.
  4. Serve the Vegan Queso Blanco Dip and enjoy its delightful creaminess with your favorite grain-free tortilla chips or as a sauce for tacos, burritos, or any dish that craves a touch of cheesy goodness.
